Europe Cruise - Food

There was so much food to enjoy! Here are pictures of a majority of what we ate. The salame panini in Milan was probably my favorite of all. I also had a pistachio macaroon in Paris (didn't like the picture) and the chocolates in Belgium were amazing (picture will be in other slide show). It's sad to be home and figure out my own menu again. LOL!!!

Basket Weave Quilt

This queen sized basket weave quilt was made for Wendy and David for their Christmas present of 2009. I completed the piecing at the end of March and the machine quilting was completed in the middle of May. The quilt is finished and was mailed this week. I think this the the fastest I have completed a queen size quilt.

Below is detail of the Aztecish design that was quilted.
